Passing of Andrew Duxfield

EWBNZ is sad to learn of the recent passing of Andrew Duxfield, a close associate of EWBNZ. Andrew demonstrated a profound commitment to others, and was particularly passionate about finding ways to raise the living standards of the people of the Pacific. He passed away on the 15th of January 2012, from a sudden illness, while in Fiji with his wife.

Andrew contacted EWBNZ in late 2010, while working on a water supply system for a small village in Fiji, one of many initiatives he has undertaken through his church since 2004. EWBNZ had the pleasure of providing Andrew and the Anglican Missions Board (AMB) with technical support for his project. Andrew was visiting this village when he passed away.
