Volunteer for a Project or Placement

WWC_Water_Supply.jpg

All our projects and placements are advertised to our mailing list, and on the Volunteer section of the website. To apply for an international project, you need to be a member of EWBNZ, you can sign up on the Get Involved page. Our projects are advertised as and when they become available, so if you're keen, make sure you read the newsletters!

Join our Technical Support Hub

Our Technical Support Hub links our volunteers with NZ-based engineering professional volunteers for technical assistance on our projects and placements.

The Technical Support Hub members will be pre-vetted experienced professional engineers, who will collaborate to answer questions and give advice. The Hub is a forum-based website, so all members will be able to follow our volunteers' progress and discuss technical aspects of our projects.

We are looking for experienced engineers who are able provide remote technical support for projects on call. If you would like to join, please fill out the application form here.

For our Technical Support Hub members, you can access the Hub here.

Join the Working With Communities Team

Our Working With Communities team works to build our relationships with our partners and scopes out potential opportunities for projects with them. We are looking for senior engineers to join the team. If you are interested in joining us, please get in touch with Jen at jen.johnstone@ewb.org.nz

Become a Community Partner

EWB takes a community partnership focused approach to all our work, and we are always looking to form new relationships with organisations that would benefit from engineering assistance.

If you are part of a community group, local NGO, school, university or any other organisation that could potentially form a partnership with EWB, please do not hesitate to get in touch with our Working With Communities manager, Jen Johnstone at jen.johnstone@ewb.org.nz.

For more information about our work with communities, you can download our Working With Communities brochure in English or Bislama.
