How can I get involved? There are a number of way that you can contribute to valuable and meaningful work in New Zealand and the South Pacific. Anyone can get involved - and you don't need to be an engineer! EWBNZ needs members and volunteers from all backgrounds and areas of expertise.
There are opportunities for our members to directly impact the quality of life of people in developing communities through remote technical assistance and work with our Pacific Island partner communities. There are also many opportunities to volunteer from New Zealand by:
- Becoming a member
- Attending events
- Volunteering your skills
- Mentoring students
- Supporting a Chapter
- Learning about development and the environment
Individual who would like to see EWB continue to grow and have impact are encourage to make a donation. To achieve our vision we need your support.
Currently we are looking for enthusiastic people to be a part of our national and chapter committees in 2010.
