Professional mentor required for renewable energies aid project in Tonga!

EWBNZ’s latest international aid project "Energising Tonga College" involves the design and implementation of a solar powered groundwater pumping scheme for Tonga College on the main island of Tongatapu, Tonga.
EWBNZ are currently inviting professional engineers interested in taking on a mentoring role for this project to submit expressions of interest.
We are looking for a mentor that is enthusiastic and will be committed to the project. This is a volunteer position; however the mentors travel expenses will be covered by funds raised by EWBNZ.
The mentoring role is not limited to, but will include:
- Sharing your advice and experience with the students on the project team
- Taking part in the review of the design that the students have developed
- Regular attendance at project meetings, held weekly/fortnightly in the evenings
- Travelling to Tonga from the 23rd Nov – 10th Dec (Tentative dates) to assist with the implementation of the scheme and education of the Tongan community
- Assisting with review of post-trip as-built reports
- Assisting with on-going monitoring and evaluation of the implemented scheme for approximately 6 months
