hi with the design of the irrigation system how good is the electricity supply and how much would it cost.would it be better if a manual pump is used.

The following is the basic arrangment of electricity in Vanuatu:
Unelco the electricity and water supplier in Vanuatu has consent to supply Port Villa, Luganville, Malekula and Tanna and has very strict rules for generation into the grid. Outside of 15km from these areas and on other islands anybody can produce and supply their own electricity.
The approximate prices for electricity are:
The irrigation system will be used in rural areas where there is no guarantee of a electricity supply.
