19-21/3/19: Inspire a new generation!

Keen to inspire and empower a new generation of humanitarian thinkers? The EWB In Schools Programme is the place to volunteer!

Facilitate fun humanitarian engineering activities in high schools around Auckland. Improve your communication and presentation skills, and meet awesome, like minded people.

Come to the In Schools Nights on 6:30 - 8:30 pm Tuesday 19th and Thursday 21st March to get a taste of what the school visits are like! We'll be looking at the two modules EWBNZ presents to schools - Clean Water for Life (19 March) and Construction for Life (21 March). Each module covers different topics (global water issues, sustainable development, appropriate technologies and design methodologies) and finishes with a practical activity (building a floating house or creating a water filter).

FREE PIZZA + Snacks!

Visits will be held during semester and inter-semester breaks. You can commit to as many or as few days as you want.
